All Zangore patterns are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped. Because the files are delivered to you right after payment and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a pattern has been downloaded.
If something is wrong
We want you to be happy with your pattern. Please email us if:
- a file will not open or download
- a file is missing from your order
- you were charged twice for the same pattern
- you found a mistake in the pattern or instructions
We will fix the problem or send you a corrected file as soon as we can.

Contact us within 7 days of your order. We will review each request and see what we can do.
